In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining equipment and tools from drawings, bills of materials, and assembly procedures under general supervision. REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 5 years relevant work experience in mechanical assembly and/or manufacturing.PREFERRED
Tech certificateKnowledge of company -Scientific data system platform called warrior

Basic computer skills. Microsoft office Basic knowledge and comprehension of mechanical drawings and bills of materialsFamiliar with manufacturing process
Travel
This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 10-15%.

Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring ethical conduct and compliance with Weatherford's policies, management systems, laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Prioritize quality, health, safety, security, and environmental protection as core values, continually seeking improvement and exceeding customer expectations.Interpret complex drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and demonstrate proficiency with measuring instruments, hand and power tools, and measuring devices.Rework and assemble complete product lines with minimal support, performing final inspections and documentation as required.Communicate effectively with Production, Engineering, and Test departments.Mentor junior personnel and assist in coordinating mentor assignments.Carry out work assignments to the highest quality level and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
