The Test Equipment Engineering **(TEE)** Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon Missile Defense products. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and we integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems **in the world** . **TEE** products are located in engineering labs, in the field, and in production environments. Our Engineers engage in weapon system product verification, qualification, test data analysis, and production test solution development. **TEE** has job responsibilities across all phases of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, early engineering tests, design verification tests, production, and sustainment. **What You Will Do** **TEE** is looking for Senior Mechanical Engineers to be responsible for designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining complex test environment systems for all Raytheon effector products. + Research, plan, design and develop mechanical test systems in areas including vibration, thermal, hydraulic, radio frequency, and electro-optical + Integrate and validate test systems against stringent accuracy and reliability requirements + Evaluate production installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions **Qualifications You Must Have** + Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics **(STEM)** + Minimum of five (5) years of technical / engineering experience in mechanical design and/or production support + Minimum of three (3) years experience with CAD solid modeling tools and/or analysis tools with an emphasis on **ProE / CREO Parametric** + Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance **(GD & T)** analysis + US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required **prior** to start date.
