Your Role Will Involve: 

Designing smarter systems — evaluating, optimising and designing HVAC systems that balance health, comfort, compliance, energy efficiency and carbon neutrality. 

Collaborating across disciplines — working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver integrated, high-performing buildings. 

Championing innovation — exploring new technology and sustainable solutions to solve challenges in bold, creative ways.

What You Bring: 

You’re a team player with a passion for sustainable design, ready to lead and learn in equal measure. We’re especially interested in experience with: 

More than 7+ years experience in Mechanical systems HVAC design (Chilled water systems, VRF, BMS, IES, Medical Gases, automation, etc.) 

Healthcare design using the WA Health Facility Guidelines 

Working to Australian codes and sustainability standards 

Clear communication, leading mechanical designs and strong project collaboration 

Ability for baseline clearance is desirable
