What You will Do:
Customer need experienced Person in Mechanical Eng.
Logistics of contractor sourcing/ onboarding.
BE/ B Tech in Mechanical or equivalentExperience in working with suppliers and lead time calculation is requiredMin. 4-5 years’ experience in Creo Solid modelling, assembly, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing, GD&T.Creating conceptual design using Creo with innovative mindset and passion to work with multiple team members.Maintaining laboratory workplace with additive printers and workbenches.Good Knowledge of design of components with various manufacturing processes like, Fabrication, Machining, Al Die Casting, Injection molding, Carbon Fiber manufacturing, Extrusion
Work Experience
Inspect raw materials and machinery to identify defects and malfunctionsMonitor all production stages to ensure safety procedures are followedRun quality controls on components and final productsDevelop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and electrical systemsAnalyze test results, detect issues and track root causesSuggest fixes and improvementsDocument technical issues and solutions.
What You Will Bring:
Experienced in being a team player to meet the deliverables.Worked in all phases of medical device life cycle (sustenance, post market support, complaint handling)Thorough knowledge on Failure Analysis, RCA/Troubleshooting and resolutionIn-depth knowledge on Hardware/System/Mechanical designUnderstanding in Quality Management System as per ISO 13485Risk management documentation as per ISO 14971Experience in Handling CAPA activities and report out.Knowledge on document and change management process in medical device industry.Pay Range:$55-$60/hr on C2C
Work Requirements:
This role is considered an on-site position located in Waukesha, WI
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
