Job description :

Under the supervision of the Engineering and Product Development Department, you will lead the mechanical section of an engineering department specializing in the design and commissioning of energy equipment. You will have a direct impact on technical directions and new product designs.

Responsibilities:

Manage, supervise, and develop the mechanical engineering team to achieve deployment and innovation objectives. Contribute technically to ongoing designs and lead design reviews. Identify and promote improvements to products and engineering processes. Ensure the performance, profitability, and safety of deployed systems. Verify and approve production drawings. Provide technical support to resolve field issues. Manage development projects through to production.

Skills and qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience. Experience in managing and supervising technical teams. Excellent mechanical design and technical decision-making skills. Autonomy, creativity, practicality, and attention to detail. Bilingualism (French and English). Availability to travel occasionally (10–15%). Apply
