Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a  Senior Mechanical Design Engineer  in our Apodaca, Nuevo León location. 

Develop and/or support application designs for manufacturing equipment for GSC Plant based in internal SE standards

What do you get to do in this position? 

· Realizes overview diagram and realizes overview diagram and time cycle of an automatized process.

· Performs conceptual and detailed design of new equipment or modifications to existing engineering.

· Writes mechanical functional analysis and design calculation notes.

· Applies safety, ergonomics and environmental principles during design development.

· Develop mechanical 3D assembly design and drawings.

· Provides support during assembly, debugging, calibration, qualification, and production running-up with electrical and automation      engineer.

· Develop documentation package for project.

· May provide mentoring, instructions/assistance to lower levels.

· Understands applications, features and benefits of Schneider Electric and complementary products.

· Technical support and Customer service. (Willing to travel up to 30%).
