Reporting to the Associate Director, Buy Side Measurement, the Senior Measurement Partner, Data & Analytics will work alongside our US sales team to assist in the education, adoption and delivery of Samba TV’s measurement suite of ad effectiveness studies to major brand and agency clients. They will be responsible for end-to-end measurement study design and reporting, delivering high-quality insights about campaign performance.WHAT YOU'LL DOWork alongside Measurement Partner Managers to develop research studies that answer client’s key questions about their ad campaignWork across multiple brand/agency clients to execute simultaneous research studies and manage deliverables and timelinesDevelop process efficiencies to reduce turnaround time for deliverables alongside our Product and Engineering teamsCreate both pre-sales and post-sales measurement insights using internal data visualization tools that are shared directly with clientsProvide planned and proactive campaign-specific insights to drive business decisions and strategy before, during, and after a sales cyleWork with cross-functional teams to implement and execute studiesReview and analyze large datasetsDevelop clear documentation on client-specific measurement processes and outputsWork with Measurement Partner Managers to ensure data output meets client objectives, timelines, and quality standardsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve research products and methodologies when necessarySupport sales and marketing teams with the development of strong positioning stories to highlight the value of our audience media and measurement opportunitiesWHO YOU AREAre experienced in leading and executing research studiesProficient in SQL, R, or SPSSExperience with data visualization tools such as Lookr, Tableau etc.Enjoy analyzing data and solving problemsUnderstanding of ad measurement methodologies and control/exposed experimentsAble to visualize data in a way that makes it easy for others to understandAre interested in advertising media and able to add that context to your reportingAre detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactiveHave strong verbal and written communication skillsThrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and being a team playerBachelor’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, statistics or related area of study7-10 years experience working in ad tech, measurement science, or related roleExperience in digital or TV advertising research a plusExperience in TV and/or Digital media a plusBonus: Knowledge of Ad Tech Industry, Media, Campaign Management, & Love TV$11,000 - $125,000 a yearSamba TV expects to offer a base salary between $110,000 - $125,000 USD per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus opportunity, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
