The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing MDM solutions that align with our business objectives. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture and ensure its alignment with industry best practices. + Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team in the implementation of MDM solutions. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for MDM projects. + Ensure the integrity and quality of master data through effective data governance practices. + Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures to maintain data accuracy and consistency. + Monitor and optimize the performance of MDM systems to ensure high availability and reliability. + Conduct regular reviews and audits of MDM processes to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement. + Provide support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues and incidents. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MDM technologies and incorporate them into the architecture. + Work closely with application support teams to ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with other systems. + Prepare and deliver technical documentation and training materials for end-users and support teams. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM practices and processes within the organization. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in Reltio MDM. + Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing MDM solutions. + Have a solid understanding of data governance and data management principles. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Show experience in application support and integration with MDM systems. + Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
