We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manufacturing Material Manager to lead the flow of materials across our supply chain—from suppliers to production and distribution.
In this key on-site role, the Senior Manufacturing Material Manager ensures that materials are available when and where they are needed to meet production goals and customer demand.
What you will do
Lead cross-functional teams to improve on-time delivery.Oversee and streamline the movement of materials to support production schedules.Develop and manage supply and production plans based on forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.Optimize planning parameters in our ERP system to ensure efficient sub-assembly and raw material planning.Ensure timely delivery of materials to manufacturing and finished goods to distribution centres worldwide.Lead a high-performing team and collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term supply chain strategies.Manage and develop the Procurement team, ensuring strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and cost-effective purchasing practices that support quality and delivery goals.Minimum Qualifications would include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business with 8 years Production and/or Supply Chain experience, or High School diploma/GED and 12 years Production and/or Supply Chain experienceMinimum of 5 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and ExecutionMinimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience, including managing teams, driving operational performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within production or supply chain environments.Oracle and SAP knowledge and experienceDesired Manufacturing Experience and Characteristics
MBA or Master’s DegreeSix Sigma Green BeltStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsThe annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
