Responsibilities:
Ensures timely coordination of materials, works closely with Onsite Materials Coordinators, Sourcing Coordinators, Inventory Analysts, offsite Materials Coordinators, Kit Production Team, Facilities Coordinators and/or Project Manager to provide data to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Stock shop floor and picking locations to ensure timely kit production, distribution, and order fulfillment. Ensures a high level of support to onsite materials coordinators, the entire kit production process and onsite/offsite management and associates. This function is 100% onsite.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required and
Minimum of 4 years general warehouse experience with inventory required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Primary contact for trainingMaintains min and max inventory levelsHandle inventory planning with the support from offsite Inventory AnalystsOrders production materials and facility supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintainedCollaborate with suppliers and offsite Materials Coordinators for supply delivery datesAssist in escalations of supply delivery issuesActively solves problem supply related issuesDirect point of contact for Kit Production Team in the coordination of inventory materialsLoad/unload trucks, material put-away with pallet jack or Powered Industrial TruckManages receipt and inspection of materialReceives material into electronic inventory via warehouse management system software and OraclePrepares Inter and Intra Company Transfers for shipmentInvestigates and solves inventory discrepanciesCreates weekly inventory reports and sends to corporate accountingPerforms monthly cycle countsSupport offsite Inventory Analysts as neededCollaborates with offsite Materials Coordinators and Inventory Analysts in the creation and actioning of monthly quarantine reportsMaintains temperature sensitive materials by recording temperatures of various locations within the kitting facilityPrepares local purchase requisitions as neededWorks with AP to resolve any receipt issues and supports offsite Materials Coordinators with investigationsEnsuring inventory management system is maintainedSupport inquiries from offsite Sourcing CoordinatorsConducts minor facilities tasks of the kitting facilityCoordinates with the Facilities Team Lead/Manager as neededMaintains and prepares SOP’s; competency assessments; training slides; and user guides global basis as they relate to materials managementSubject Matter Expert with systems, tools and processesReports to Team Leader, Materials Management offsiteOther duties as assignedBenefits:We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
