We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **CORE RESPONS** **I** **BILITIES** **AND TASKS** • Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality • Process and approve all freight invoices through a 3rd party system, as well as coding the invoices and uploading them into the ERP system • Maintains reporting through SAP for project tracking. This involves extracting various transactions from the ERP system and downloading the data into excel and creating workable spreadsheets to monitor materials through the plant • Obtain shipping documents and perform the associated transactions within the ERP system. • Support production planning department with job functions based on the workload. • Participate in Physical Inventory and cycle count • Unloading truck, goods receipt • Run daily orders for shipping - setting tasks for day • Entry into SAP for closing out orders • Prepare export documents, hazardous material, international documents • Leader for Lean and 5S projects • Must be able to work interdepartmentally and with other Evoqua locations • Must be able to communicate to external vendors, customer service • Must be able to handle claims and resolutions • Coordinate preventative maintenance of equipment • Troubleshoot and problem solve as needed to ensure timely delivery and flow of materials through the facility • Contributes to division results and performance • Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** + Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis. + Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis. + Must be able to lift and carry up to 30poundson a frequent basis. + Must be able to lift and carry up to 50poundson an occasional basis. + Must be able to climb and descend stairs. + Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on a frequentbasis. + Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing. + May work indoors and outdoors as needed. Exposure to heat up to 110 degrees and cold to 0 degrees. + May work in areas where noise level is such that hearing protection is required. + May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt. + Work surfaces may include concrete. + Employee must be ableto operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
