Senior Material Planner
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Forecast & Reporting: Generate accurate material planning reports to support buyers and suppliers in decision-making processes. Material & Inventory Analysis: Analyze material requirements, inventory levels, and sales forecasts to adjust and optimize planning strategies. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the Master Production Plan, including considerations of manufacturing lead times. Collaboration with Buyers: Work closely with buyers to synchronize material planning and manage excess inventory to maintain optimal stock levels. Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving company goals and enhancing operational efficiency. Policy & Goal Support: Support and align with company policies, objectives, and long-term goals. Other Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall business needs. Who You Are: A team player with good communication skills and the ability to get along with people of all levels and section. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Self-motivated with determination to succeed and ability to meet deadline and work under pressure is a definite advantage.
  For This Role, You Will Need: Product & sourcing knowledge, problem solving skill. Knowledge in ERP system, high computer literacy skill Inventory management & Material Planning skill
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Possess a Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of computer skills and application software is essential.
