The SeniorMaster Data Management Analyst's responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
Operations management
Ensure incoming requests are processed according to SLA and in compliance with guidelines and policies;Identifies process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities;Adopts and complies with process excellence methodology (Lean Six Sigma, MDI, change control);Identifies, develops, and delivers the VMD-relevant training for the current scope of services;Works closely with different departments and proactively manages Stakeholders;Supports the Associate Manager in the development, reporting, and maintenance of KPI’s;Together with the Associate Manager, builds a plan to help achieve the Team objectives/KPIs;Tasks: DOA maintenance & update, Supplier creation &update, Employee creation & update, Intercompany Supplier/Customer creation & update, COA creation & update.Control and compliance
Maintains a quality focus culture within the Team;Responsible for preparing the relevant EY/SOX controls;Ensure efficient, timely, and satisfactory implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by the Manager, Internal Control, or Audit;Reviews, creates, and maintains internal processes and controls documentation;Maintain objectivity, independence, and due professional care consistent with Stryker and external standards;Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential;Education Requirements
Bachelor's or HBO Degree in Finance /Business-related subjects;Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus;Fluent spoken and written English, any other European language is a plus.Work Experience
A combined professional experience of 4 years is required in the areas of master data: Supplier, Customer, Employees, Intercompany Accounts, COA;ServiceNow or similar workflow management tooling - preferableERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MFG pro, BPCS, PRMS, SQL) - preferableCore Competencies
