JOB SUMMARY
TURN BHS is seeking a highly performing, detail-driven professional passionate about purpose-driven marketing. They will help design and lead strategic campaigns that enhance our mission, increase community engagement, and drive program involvement through philanthropy. They’ll collaborate across departments to deliver innovative campaigns, translate insights into action, and position the organization as a leader in its space of mental and behavioral health. This role requires a sharp strategic mind, a passion for storytelling, and a strong grasp of both digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities – In collaboration with the VP of Strategic Partnerships
• Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate social media strategy, email communications, and branded content in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support marketing efforts related to community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, reports, and analytics dashboards.
• Assist with event coordination, content creation, and storytelling projects that amplify TURN BHS’s impact and mission.
• Develop & Refine Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to craft comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the organization's overarching mission, vision, and growth objectives. This includes identifying key target audiences and crafting compelling value propositions.
• Guide Brand Management & Messaging: Provide expert counsel on developing, maintaining, and strengthening the organization's brand identity. Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms and communications channels to enhance reputation and public perception.
• Identify Market Opportunities & Trends: Conduct or oversee high-level market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped opportunities. Translate these insights into actionable strategies for program development, outreach, and engagement.
• Advise on Digital & Omnichannel Engagement: Offer strategic guidance on leveraging digital platforms, content marketing, social media, and other channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. Advise on integrated marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
• Measure & Optimize Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and advise on analytical approaches to measure effectiveness, ROI, and impact. Provide recommendations for continuous optimization based on performance data.
• Inform Program & Service Promotion: Work closely with program leads to developing effective strategies for promoting services, increasing participation, and enhancing community awareness and access.
• Support Stakeholder Relations: Advise on strategies to effectively communicate with and engage diverse stakeholders, including funders, partners, policymakers, and the public, building strong relationships and advocacy.
• Champion Innovation in Marketing: Introduce and evaluate innovative marketing approaches, technologies, and methodologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of effective outreach.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, & digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and composed in all interactions.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Certified Notary Public or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Plus in Virtuous CRM or Google Workspace, project management tools (Salesforce, Asana, Trello), and digital platforms (e.g., Little Green Light, Bloomerang, Mailchimp, Canva, social media schedulers).
• High emotional intelligence and proven ability to work with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
