**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Senior Marketing Associate, you will own the design and execution of marketing materials that support our property types nationally, primarily Industrial & Logistics. This is a product marketing role that sits within our broader advisory & transaction marketing organization. Our team works collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop and support website, thought leadership, social media, collateral, and events. You’ll interact directly with leaders, brokers, internal partners and marketing centers of excellence to gain insight and knowledge about our audiences and use that knowledge to assist with marketing initiatives and promote our services. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter that can manage multiple projects at once, can collaborate cross-functionally and brings an innovative attitude.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop and maintain compelling sales collateral across services that promotes our capabilities and is reflective of our global brand.
+ Collaborate with brokers, business leadership, marketing team members and others to develop marketing content that supports business development initiatives.
+ Partner with Operations and Events teams to plan the strategy and activation of internal industry events.
+ Build and collaborate with our marketing collaborators to craft high quality marketing collateral, assets and thought leadership.
+ Support execution of social media content and campaigns, maintaining our CBRE brand presence digitally.
+ Maintain website content across our product services and solutions, partnering with our digital teams to improve our user metrics.
+ Develop internal and external email marketing campaigns that support broader central initiatives, including digital buildouts and reporting.
+ Maintain and improve content repositories across our internal and external channels to drive sales engagement.
+ Contribute to operational plans and initiatives in support of standardizing processes.

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
+ Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and build content and copy for marketing materials.
+ Ability to be proactive, problem solve, work independently and challenge the status quo when possible.
+ Excellent quality control and assurance for materials that leave the marketing department including proofing, style guide, brand compliance and production management.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ideally Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) or willingness to learn.
+ Ability to travel and work on-site at industry events, approximately 3 times/year.
+ This role is flexible with expectation to be in-office as needed to meet marketing and business partners.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Marketing Specialist position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Marketing Specialist position is $100,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
