Purpose:  

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a key supporting role within the Roti Brand Marketing Team, helping to execute integrated marketing programs and projects that drive brand strategy and marketing excellence for Roti, under the Edible Brands umbrella. 

You will assist the Director of Marketing with day-to-day tasks and project management, contributing to efforts that build brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive sales and customer loyalty.  

The ideal candidate is passionate about brand storytelling, understands the importance of a brand participating in the cultural zeitgeist, is savvy in digital channels and how brand directly impacts performance media, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 

Location: This is an onsite role based at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, with a Monday–Friday schedule.  

Responsibilities:  

Campaign Execution: Support marketing director in executing all marketing campaigns through close collaboration with the cross-functional team (E-comm, Innovation, Growth Marketing, Creative, Operations, etc.) to directly drive restaurant sales. Project Management: Coordinate and manage brand calendar, timelines, deliverables, and executional plans to ensure marketing initiatives are launched effectively and successfullyContent & Messaging Support: Assist in crafting compelling messaging and campaign briefs, to inform the development of brand assets in collaboration with creative teamsCultural Insights & Trends: Monitor and analyze cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and industry shifts to inform marketing initiatives and brand positioningWork directly with franchisees to support store-level marketing needs to drive sales Ensure franchisees and operators are adopting and correctly implementing the brand visual identity, and in-store printed merchandising materials  Own the development, execution and distribution of in-store point-of-purchase (POP) merchandising kits, working closely with cross-functional teams and external print vendors to flawlessly execute and deliverInfluencer Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing initiatives as neededBrand Steward: Act as a brand ambassador and guardian of the brand, ensuring ideas and activations are aligned with the Roti brand standards and that the brand is represented accurately in all national and local materialsData & Performance Tracking: Has a passion for digging and actioning data and consumer behavior trends to help inform our work.Web & eCommerce: Help execute and develop our web roadmap for site optimizations, menu updates, and lead the creation of industry best content and integrations that drive sales and brand equity. 

Requirements:  

3+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within a consumer-facing brand or marketing agencyExperience supporting integrated campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels, with a focus on brand storytelling and executionFamiliarity with creative development processes and working cross-functionally with creative, digital, and operations teamsStrong project management capabilities with experience coordinating multiple campaigns or initiatives simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) is a plus
