Are you a strategic and analytical? Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations, you will effectively plan, support and execute a variety of Marketing and Store Operational Signage initiatives to support LCBO’s promotional, operational, and Marketing projects. You will work in close collaboration with the CMDO, Retail, SDRE teams along with industry partners including, paper, print and installation vendors to deliver key print production and operational signage support in our retail stores.

About the Role

Analyze project scope requirements and develop project plans for a variety of print related marketing initiatives.Write project briefs, prepare presentations and communication materials.Work with a variety of teams to gather information, collaborate and plan projectsDirect our internal studio, external print, and fulfillment partners with respect to print based projectsManage project timelines and track spending against budget.Monitor execution, compile data, prepare post-campaign reporting.Provide marketing support and recommendations for a variety of ad-hoc business initiatives

About You

Demonstrated expertise in marketing projects management acquired through a combination of experience in a marketing or retail environment, and related post-secondary education.Strong understanding of marketing production workflows from developing project briefs, artwork creation, approvals, printing, fulfillment and distribution.Excellent organizational, and multi-tasking to manage a large volume of projects involving multiple stakeholders and the ability to deal with conflicting demands.Knowledge of colour theory and how to conduct a press approval.Strong working relationships and co-operation among peers within marketing, Customer Experience, Retail and SDR and across divisional groups.Strong relationship building with our  external partners.Superior writing skills and an eye for detail and creativeKnowledge of graphic design principles, art direction and print production.Ability to understand technical drawings regarding store construction for items like glazing, store fixtures, and store layouts.Experience with Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint are essential.
