**Position Summary**
As the SeniorMarketingPlanner, Japan, you willbe responsible fordevelopingandimplementingamarketingstrategyfor all ISC2 audiences,to align withthe overallGTMplanto achieve our strategic goals andtargetsin Japan.
**The ideal candidate can be based in Japan, Singapore or Hong Kong, but must be able to speak fluent English and Japanese.**
**The role is offered on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract basis, with the possibility of extension.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Leadsthe developmentand execution ofJapanmarketing strategy and planforallISC2’s certification,trainingand professional developmentproducts
+ Partnerwith the APAC sales team, to bothcreate amarketingstrategy for channel and B2B audiences, including sales enablement tools.Serves as themarketingSubject Matter Expertin Japanto stakeholders outside the team
+ Proactively executesmultiple, often concurrent, integrated strategic marketing campaigns and projectsin support of business goals in Japan, reprioritising where needed.These will include, but are not limited to,leadgeneration, engagement, progression, membership growth, training revenue, event promotionandmember retention
+ Collaborate withthewider marketing team on acquisition, progression and member engagement and retention strategieswhich willimpactthe Japan market, localising andenhancing where needed
+ Tracks overall effectiveness of marketing programs,demonstratingROI andrecommending tweaks or adjustments to improve resultsbased on intuition,experienceand data.Owns andis responsible forthe implementation oflocalization projects,including but not limited to,media strategy and planning, budgetary recommendations,creative requests, email automation strategies, execution, performance benchmarks and overall project deadlines
+ Experience in copy editing, contenttranslation/trans-creation, digital media and other marketing practicesin Japan
+ Develops and manages stakeholder relationships and expectations, including sales team and channel partners,to ensuretimelycompletion of projects
+ Manage and executemarketing activities for ISC2 events,webinarsand industry eventsin Japanwith monitoring onCPLs, KPIs and ROI, etc
+ Miscellaneous duties as assigned, including attending trade shows

**Qualifications**
+ Social media/SNS expertise using various platforms to include creating, influencing and increasing followings (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, LINE, etc.)
+ Excellent PC skills including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet and web applications(basicunderstanding ofHTML), etc
+ Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud knowledge a plus
+ Marketing experience inIT, cybersecurity, or association membership preferred
**Physical and Mental Demands**
+ Travel up to10%
+ Work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary
+ Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods
+ Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop andmonitorcomputer screens
+ May occasionally transport and/or lift up to 30 lbs. of equipment or packages, which may also involve squatting, bending, or kneeling
**Education and Work Experience**
+ BachelorsorMastersDegree in Marketing,Digital Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
+ At least 5+ years’ experience of managing and executing marketing campaigns for products& services, preferably professional development products
