Senior Marketing Operations Manager
**Overview** This role is vital for optimizing our **campaign operations** and **overall marketing efficiency** . Without it, our ability to launch, manage, and scale effective campaigns would be significantly hindered. You'll help us **implement processes, improve campaign delivery, and ultimately enhance our customer relationships and business outcomes.** **What you'll bring** - Experience building and sending emails at scale from (at least one) major ESPs, preferably including or Braze. - Intermediate knowledge of HTML, with the ability to troubleshoot and tweak the HTML if necessary to correct bugs/issues. - Intermediate knowledge of an ESP scripting language preferred (i.e. AMP, Liquidscript) - Experience sending multiple channel notifications strongly preferred. - Working experience with ESP implementation / management preferred. - Extreme attention to detail. - Very thorough/rigorous approach to quality control. - Able to communicate very effectively in a fast-paced environment to get the right alignment and collaboration to get the job done. - Experience coordinating tasks and deliverables across small teams to deliver results on time. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong working relationships. - Ability to learn new tasks and execute them in a fast-paced environment. - Strong time management skills, applying great judgment to prioritize tasks, set realistic expectations, and meet them. - Self-motivated, thinks and reacts quickly, with strong problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with ticketing systems/tracking tools (E.g. JIRA, Smartsheet) is preferred **How you will lead** - Connect with stakeholders internally (via email or kick off meetings) to discuss goals, requirements, timing and next steps for a prioritized list of incoming campaign requests. - Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to identify requirements and align on specific questions relating to the execution of campaigns, including change requests. - Build Email, Push, SMS, In-App, Webhook campaign logic, including ad-hoc campaigns and automations based on customer data, event triggers and engagement data. - Build segments and audiences using segmentation tool for targeting audiences - HTML troubleshooting and updating code within the Email Service Provider interface. - Perform manual quality assurance of your work, with extreme attention to detail, and be the second pair of eyes for other campaign producers. - Run ad-hoc and set up automated reporting using the ESP reporting tools, and internal campaign dashboards. - Assist in the replication of campaign templates throughout the ESP migration process. - Help us improve!
