**Core Responsibilities**
As our Billund-based Senior Marketing Manager Communications Lead in the Passions & Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in driving audience-first initiatives that connect LEGO with the passions of sports and music. Your leadership will guide innovative campaigns, foster collaboration, and ensure that our messaging resonates across diverse markets. Your responsibilities will moreover include the following:
+ Lead audience-first go-to-market (GTM) projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Product.
+ Oversee end-to-end global GTM and communication campaigns, from briefing to execution, encompassing Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid programs.
+ Foster collaboration with key global communication partners, including the LEGO Agency and Regional Brand Leads.
+ Guide the transition of global campaigns to local execution, supporting Regions and Markets.
+ Ensure effective cooperation with IP partners throughout the communication development process.
+ Lead the LEGO identity for Culture products communication across all channels, ensuring coherence and connection with audiences.
+ Be a marketeer at heart and an audience expert, interpreting and synthesizing insights while collaborating with Business Intelligence and Creative Agencies.

In this role, you will be part of the Passions & Culture team in LEGO New Businesses.
You will be actively leading the development and execution of audience-first Go-to-market. You will report directly to the Head of Product for Passion Pointsanddaily work closely and help the team to succeed.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Proven experience in consumer products marketing, ideally with kids/family products.
+ Expertisein developing and leading product campaigns, including agency management.
+ Experience with IP partners is a plus, along with a passion for inspiring creativity and joy through collaboration with iconic brands.
+ Vision for bringing sports and music to life in a way that empowers the next generation.
+ Effective relationship builder, capable of collaborating across functions and business units.
+ Strong presentation and writing skills, with the ability to convey compelling messages and engage colleagues and senior management.
