We are looking for a visionary and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and integrate core marketing functions that drive customer engagement and business growth. This is a senior leadership role, requiring people management experience and a strong foundation in B2B marketing.

As the Marketing Manager, you will own the company’s marketing strategy and execution, working closely with the management team to reinforce ABB Installation Products as the market leader in industry. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance marketing team, optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, and fueling revenue growth through data-driven marketing programs. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong leadership and executional excellence to scale the company’s marketing efforts.

This position reports directly to the Vice-President, Product and Marketing, and requires a minimum of two days per week at the ABB Iberville office.

Responsibilities:

Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing market segmentation, channel marketing, digital initiatives, and loyalty programs. Ensure alignment with business objectives and reflect customer needs.Team & People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. Drive crossfunctional alignment with sales and product management teams to unify marketing efforts and encourage innovation.Digital & Innovation: Drive the evolution of digital marketing by setting strategy, defining KPIs, and leveraging data for decision-making and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy and familiar with AI technologies, utilizing them to optimize marketing processes. Introduce innovative platforms, tools, and processes to enhance customer engagement.Brand Management: Strengthen brand presence and positioning through consistent messaging, storytelling, and creative campaigns. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure alignment across all channels.Customer Engagement & Loyalty: Provide strategic leadership for customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and guide program development, analyze performance metrics, and implement enhancements that drive customer retention and lifetime value.Business Intelligence: Identify and assess strategic market segments and business opportunities through data analysis. Develop targeted strategies and coordinate crossfunctional teams to capture growth potential.Processes & Optimization: Establish quality metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Continuously monitor and optimize marketing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and impact.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives. Track and report on ROI for all marketing activities.
