Job Description
 

Specific Responsibilities and skills for Position 

To develop and execute New HIV marketing and initiate innovated programsTo closely cooperate with sales team and cross functional team for effective promotion and implementation of projects

Essential Duties and Job Functions 

Develop and execute HIV promotion program for core product B/F/TAF and drive continued growth to keep Gilead HIV leadership in ChinaCooperate with Medical, Sales and cross-functions to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing strategies.Lead and initiate projects with external agencies on the development, implementation and measure of marketing programs including O2O hybrid activitiesEstablish and effective working relationships with key stakeholders via different types of engagement activitiesDevelop promotional materials or related tools aligned with strategyCollect competitors’ intelligences

Knowledge, Experience and Skills                      

Have minimum 5-8 years pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, own marketing knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical MNC, preferred sales experience plusGood learning and people agilityBe able to analyze and interpret sales & marketing dataHave good communication and relationship building skills, experienced at cross functions workingHave rich experience in effective managing multiple projects/prioritiesHave bachelor’s degree in science, medical and public health are preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word is also required.Be fluent in conversational and written English

岗位描述:规划及执行HIV治疗系列产品的市场推广活动与医学、销售、PA等跨部门有效沟通合作开展各类市场活动负责与各种供应商沟通、协调并管理以保证各项活动的高效计划、执行及评估通过各种互动建立并维护专家联络制作推广资料及各类工具关注行业及竞品动态

具体要求:5-8年医药行业经验,拥有市场营销知识及市场部工作经验,同时有销售经验者优先;能够并解读分析销售及市场数据学习能力强,沟通能力好,具有丰富的有效跨部门合作经验有效的多项目协调管理能力和经验医学或公共健康专业优先英文较好,熟练掌握office处理各项技能
