Senior Marketing Manager
Overview In this role, you will drive brand growth, equity, and consumer engagement across a diverse set of markets. You will work closely with key bottling partners, Royal Unibrew across Denmark, Finland, the Baltics, Netherlands, and BeLux. The role will manage the full Carbonated Soft Drinks with their team across the assigned portfolio. Responsibilities Lead the Pepsi trademark with a focus on growing the no-sugar proposition (Pepsi Max) across all markets. Oversee the flavoured Carbonated Soft Drinks portfolio (7Up, Mountain Dew), ensuring alignment with long-term brand strategy. Develop brand strategies and activation calendars in coordination with global and regional teams. Co-create annual and integrated commercial plans with bottling partners and franchise teams. Execute media and activation strategies aligned with global frameworks, leveraging digital and emerging platforms. Ensure a consumer- and customer-centric approach, balancing global brand consistency with local relevance. Identify local insights and passion points to shape impactful, market-specific activations and asset usage. Optimize the product portfolio based on consumer needs, market dynamics, and pricing strategy. Ensure campaigns are effectively executed across retail, out-of-home, and e-commerce channels. Champion sustainability initiatives (e.g. 100% recycled PET, secondary packaging efficiency) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Manage and optimize the marketing investment budget and track brand performance for ongoing course correction. Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods marketing, preferably in food and beverages. Proven success in creating and executing integrated marketing plans across multiple channels and product types. Strong commercial mindset with understanding of pricing strategies, profit and loss management, and value creation. Skilled in managing agencies across creative, media, public relations, and experiential marketing. Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage teams across multiple countries and cultures. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Adept at prioritizing resources to balance internal objectives and bottler needs effectively.
