About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our APAC team as the Senior Marketing Manager.
This role will oversee and support MFZ in executing marketing strategies and initiatives to reach their desired KPIS. The role requires a deep understanding of the regional markets and influencing MFZ to ensure they are aligned with the Brand’s strategies and guidelines, partnering with internal teams to deliver the assets and support for the MFZ markets. The position also entails managing the Ad Fund for selected APAC markets and working with agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, this role demands an individual who is highly organized and detail oriented at the core, but skillful at articulating and understanding the bigger picture and can translate that Version: 1 Page 2 of 4 into actionable recommendations.
The ideal Candidate will bring expertise in regional marketing strategies and Subway Know- How that will enable master franchisee to execute high impact campaigns that drive growth and profitability at market level. Ensuring that MFZ are well equipped about what’s happening in the subway world and are aligned with APAC strategies and Brand Direction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as the key marketing advisor and partner for Master Franchisees, providing guidance, tools, and resources to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across the region. Deep analytical capabilities with ability to interpret & translate data into insights and credibly influence stakeholders through exceptional presentation and relationship management skills. A Key role in running platforms and Forums bringing all MFZ in one place to provide the necessary guidance - Best Practice forums/ MFZ Summit etc. Quarterly Calendar Planning along with MFZ, supporting in execution and documenting campaign effectiveness Help to develop resources, processes and tools to effectively measure the performance of campaigns. Foster strong relationships with franchise leaders by understanding their unique market needs and delivering customized, high-value marketing support. Analyzing market trends and consumer insights while identifying opportunities translated into actionable recommendation. Managing the Ad Fund Budget for selected APAC markets, tracking and ensuring budget is spent effectively with clear KPIS. Manage and Update Subway Global MFZ Drive to ensure visibility across markets not just on a Regional level but rather on a Global one as well. Responsible for tracking media expenditures to ensure budget compliance and accuracy. Ensure budgets are managed and spent according to Ad Fund and legal restrictions. Handling Contracts / Vendor agreement and Invoices when applicable within the subway Network and external Parties. Work closely across Functions to ensure alignment between Departments (IPC and other Functions). Liaising between MFZ and APAC subject expert functions to assist on Digital/ Loyalty/ Insights requirements.Skills & Abilities:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar field. Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in a similar or relative industry. Minimum of 5 years in marketing experience, preferably within QSR industry. Management consulting experience, preferred. Regional marketing experience in QSR and/or Management Consulting and/or previous fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience preferred Experience managing marketing campaigns end-to-end Possess excellent communication skills to influence, build rapport and work alongside MFZs and communicating up as well as across the organization Fluency in Mandarin, Korean or Japanese language is a plus. Must possess a solution-oriented mind set. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under tight deadlines. Strong marketing campaign project management skills required. Must be innovative and creative in approach to managing work. Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and is a team player. Must be analytical in mindset complimented by strong business acumen.
