Principal Responsibilities
Lead the marketing and partnership strategies and plan the execution of campaigns for the personal banking proposition, with the ambition of building HSBC as the bank of choice among millennials and thought leadership in digitalAccountable for growing and rejuvenating the pipeline of the Bank through enhancing brand awareness, boosting acquisition and deepening customer relationship of HSBC OneSupport the segmentation design and execution of customer life cycle management communications for the mass segment, moving from campaign-based to need-based and life event approach for establishing primacy relationship Actively optimizing full funnel of the campaigns and gauging market needs with data, consumer insights and benchmarking studiesBe the key coordinator in Personal Banking Marketing to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including propositions, products, data analytics and second line of defense teams to increase customer intakes and product sales across channels Orchestrate innovative and cost effective campaigns by leading creative and media agencies to generate new ideas and enhance return on investmentBe the brand ambassador. Provide relevant governance, ensure all activities are adhered to the established marketing processes and reinforce the brand values
