Remote work will be considered within the United States.** The Senior Manager of Marketing, MONARCH, will report to the US Marketing Director and will be responsible for driving the adoption of MONARCH through strategic cross-functional initiatives and customer interactions. They will collaborate with multiple functions, including Sales, Finance, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA), Global Business Insights (GBI), US & Global Strategic Marketing, Corporate Communications, Commercial Operations, Professional & Commercial Education, as well as outside agencies and vendors to successfully implement key commercial activities. They will be part of a team of marketing professionals working to build an inclusive environment where the team can be the best version of themselves every day! Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: + Define market segments and develop strategies that will grow MONARCH’s footprint in the market. + Drive adoption by developing playbooks, campaigns, sales collateral, pricing programs, and other customer-facing activities. + Translate advanced clinical insights into targeted messaging which drives downstream execution + Directly engage with potential and existing customers to build relationships, generate leads, drive sales, and develop market intelligence. + Organize and participate in conferences, educational programs, sales training, and other events. + Develop positioning, messaging, and marketing content. + Identify, develop, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). + Collect and report on market insights through activities such as field-based interactions, literature searches, market research, and case observations. + Develop and report on metrics, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement. + Build subject matter expertise to be a resource to physicians, administrators, and internal teams. + Co-develop a coordinated annual Business Plan. + Work compliantly and within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals. + Work closely with marketing and other cross-functional partners to ensure appropriate resources and organizational alignment to capitalize on short-term and long-term business opportunities. **Qualifications:** **Education:** + A bachelor’s degree is required. MBA (Master of Business Administration) preferred. **Required Skills and Experience:** + A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience (Sales/Marketing), with a minimum of 5 years in Marketing for medical devices. + Demonstrated success in driving commercial adoption of advanced technologies. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to navigate and achieve business impact across the organization. + Leadership, effective communication, relationship development, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills. **Preferred Skills and Experience:** + Experience in interventional pulmonology and/or thoracic surgery, with relationships with physicians and administrators. + Experience with go-to-market for capital equipment, preferably in surgical robotics. + Experience in customer selling and KOL development. **Other** + The position will be eligible for remote work within the United States. + The position will require up to 50% travel, both international and domestic. + The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. + If based out of the Bay Area, CA., the anticipated base pay range is $138,000 to $238,050.
