SEA Marketing Executive (Consumer)

 

Support marketing execution across SEA with a focus on accelerating time-to-market for innovations and driving integrated brand engagement across consumer touchpoints. This role frees up strategic bandwidth within the senior marketing team and ensures agile campaign rollout across digital, retail, and e-commerce channels. It is critical to enhancing the impact of brand-building and execution effectiveness in SEA.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the SEA Marketing Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute 360° communication toolkits (digital, in-store, and e-commerce) for launches.
• Liaise with creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality, localized assets for SEA markets.
• Support influencer marketing, digital content development, and online/offline campaign rollouts.
• Collaborate with distributor and retail partners to ensure brand visibility and campaign execution.
• Track and report marketing performance across channels, driving learnings and optimization.
• Align closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to support new product development (NPD) projects.
• Conduct basic consumer, market, and competitor research to support insights-driven execution.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or brand management in FMCG.
• Familiar with content planning, digital media tools, and campaign tracking metrics.
• Strong project management, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about consumer brands and marketing excellence in Southeast Asia.
