We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. 

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Marketing Executive at Diversey – a Solenis Company. You will be leading the marketing function across the Thailand and Indochina Cluster. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing a complex product portfolio with a P&L-driven approach, managing budgets, and driving organizational development with a focus on talent and diversity. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader and key business partner to the cluster commercial team.

Some of the Things You’ll Do:

Lead the marketing function and team within the Thailand and Indochina Cluster, ensuring the full go-to-market process is developed and implemented at the cluster level.

Drive organizational design and development within the region, with a strong emphasis on strategic talent development, skills planning, and the active promotion of diversity.

Manage and optimize the product portfolio using a P&L-driven approach and data analysis, aligning with both cluster and regional objectives.

Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring structured planning aligned with the broader marketing and business agenda

Demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate workload effectively across the marketing team.

Act as a key business partner to the Cluster Commercial Leader and play an active role on the Cluster Leadership Team.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

Master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Economics, or Marketing.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a marketing function/team at the country or cluster level.

Strong background in B2B marketing; a combination of B2B and B2B2C/B2C experience is ideal.

Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex product portfolios.

Strong collaboration skills and confidence in working across various organizational levels.

Proven track record in successfully leading and driving large-scale programs.
