Department OverviewThe Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) marketing team creates and oversees execution of marketing plans and programs to drive demand and support our global sellers and channel partners. The team oversees all aspects of the marketing mix including product and vertical marketing, sales and channel enablement, demand generation, communications, channel programs, social media and more.
Job Description
Within the department, this role reports to the Director of Channel and Regional Marketing and leads our efforts in both external channel communications and vital internal communications. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies and management of our resource portal. Your efforts will drive loyalty and promote growth of sales with our VS&A partners, and inform and engage our internal teams to ultimately drive business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an exceptional communicator, and a collaborative leader with a proven track record in both B2B/B2C channel marketing and internal corporate communications. You are comfortable interfacing with sales, internal stakeholders and partners to drive alignment and execute on your initiatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design, develop, and implement multi-channel communication strategies to effectively reach target audiences (e.g., partners, distributors and internal sales) to increase engagement and drive enablement
Draft, manage, and oversee all partner communications
Identify, create, and manage compelling and meaningful content that enables our audience to promote and sell our products more effectively
Provide communication support and counsel to senior leadership, helping them effectively communicate key messages to the team
Maintain and update all channel partner programs materials in collaboration with channel operations
Create announcements to communicate new incentive programs, promotions, campaigns, and a range of corporate updates
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives that drive partner loyalty and growth of sales
Plan and host partner-facing events such as webinars
Track and report on the effectiveness of all partner engagement initiatives
Oversee the strategic development, ongoing management, and optimization of our sales enablement and partner resource hub and continuously improve the user experience
Drive adoption of the hub by developing training materials and promoting its value to sales teams and channel partners
Monitor engagement and utilization of the hub's resources, leveraging insights to refine content strategy and improve effectiveness
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professional
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree in marketing or related disciplines preferred7+ years of marketing and/or communications experience5+ years of experience in B2B technology; B2B technology manufacturing experience a plusExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to tailor messages to different audiencesStrong understanding of various marketing communication channels and best practicesExcellent presentation skillsExperience in Salesforce reporting and HubSpot or other marketing automation tool necessaryA self-motivated, critical thinker who can define, drive, and deliver on objectives and is motivated to succeedAbility to create and deliver high-impact field-facing contentThrives in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel up to 15%Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 USD
