**About the role:**
Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing our marketing efforts within the Construction Industries (CI) and Resource Industries (RI)? As the Cat Reman Senior Marketing Communication Consultant, you will be the driving force behind our innovative marketing strategies, ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive landscape.
In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and implement cutting-edge strategies for channel optimization and activation, event planning and execution, digital marketing, campaign management, creative development, and public relations. Your ability to collaborate seamlessly with Cat Reman CI and RI teams, as well as industry CI and RI marketing teams, will be crucial to your success.
**Job responsibilities will Include but are not limited to:**
+ Strategic Analysis and Alignment: Analyze business objectives and opportunities to develop and align marketing strategies for CI and RI, ensuring they are both impactful and aligned with our goals.
+ Campaign Development and Execution: Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and drive engagement.
+ Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies, and suggest necessary interventions for continuous improvement.
+ Tradeshow Leadership: Lead the execution and support of tradeshows for CI and RI, including the development of captivating content, experiences, and displays.
+ Product-Specific Content: Develop product-specific content that aligns with industry needs and showcases our advantage.
+ Effective Communication: Maintain open and effective communication within the Cat Reman Aftermarket Sales and Marketing department, ensuring alignment with changing organizational scenarios. Foster and grow communications with partner business units and dealers.
+ Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets effectively to execute aligned CI and RI marketing efforts.

+ **Vendor/Supplier Management:** Extensive knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
+ **Promotion and Marketing Communications:** Extensive knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.
**Top Candidates Will Have:**
+ Prior professional experience with large scale event planning/ trade show planning.
+ Prior professional experience within aftermarket services.
+ Prior professional experience working in Construction Industries or Resource Industries.
**Additional Information:**

+ This role is located Dallas, TX.
+ 10-25% travel may be required for this position.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
