Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for marketing analytics and reporting for the digital revenue organization. The reporting will be based on revenue/profit attribution, incremental business analysis, campaign result tracking, customer insight analysis and other marketing metrics.  The key to this role is to build cohesive reporting from various data sources, and present analytical findings and suggestions in data visualization tools that are insightful to the team and leadership. Additionally, this position is responsible for creating optimal target lists for marketing campaigns and tracking results on a continuous basis in partnership with management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Internal Marketing Analytics

Analyze both attributable and incremental revenue for the team to ensure they are attributed to the correct Digital Revenue marketing assets, and summarize and present results on PowerBI. Closely collaborate and communicate with campaign and marketing managers to understand all the major campaigns, and build campaign level tracking and analytical insights for all major campaigns.  Advances creative new reporting/visualization to provide insights and guide strategic conversations within the team.  Support expansion of marketing planning & analysis team cross-divisionally (dental, medical, Canada) and across business units including Henry Schein services, webinars, campaigns under the guidance and vision of leadership. Create and distribute monthly incremental analysis reporting 

Data Administration, Attribution & Marketing Tests

Establishes and maintains a library of procedural documents detailing how each report is generated to ensure succession of knowledge and processesImproves data visualization and access for the marketing teams by leading efforts with third parties

Marketing Automation, Audience Segmenting & Targeting:

Provides guidance on Marketo Smart Audiences, regularly reviewing audiences for relevancyAssists in developing targeted marketing strategies, pulling target lists and customer segmentation methodologiesProvides marketing insights and recommendations to channels

Special Projects: 

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required often with time-sensitive deadlines

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, highly skilled in data analytics and marketing intelligenceHigh proficiency in PowerBI is requiredStrong knowledge in Google Analytics 4 is a plus

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.

The posted range for this position is $81,591-$112,188, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
