We will count on you to:

Client Management: Respond independently to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Documentation Oversight: Oversee the timely production of account and program documents, ensuring thorough follow-up on policy documentation.Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing potential opportunities to win new clients and projects.Complex Client Handling: Independently manage assignments while supporting senior brokers in servicing larger or more complex clients.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, clients, and colleagues to provide tailored solutions.Market Knowledge: Demonstrate a broad knowledge of coverage lines, markets, and specialized products to better serve clients.Contract Review: Check contract documents and bond forms, ensuring clarity and compliance for clients.Financial Analysis: Review financial statements across various industries, applying your expertise in industry-specific metrics.

 

What you need to have:

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience in the insurance field, with solid experience in marine insurance.Broking and Claims Management: Full understanding of broking and claims management activities.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage client accounts.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Language Skills: Fluent in English at a business level.
