The Senior MarCom specialist will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies to elevate our brand presence, drive market engagement, and support commercial goals in the life science sector. This role requires expertise in translating complex technical offerings into compelling narratives for diverse audiences—including researchers, healthcare professionals, and B2B partners—while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Core Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & External Communications
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, events).Craft press releases, case studies, and thought leadership content to position the company as an innovator in life science tools and consumablesMonitor competitor activities and market trends to refine messaging and differentiation strategies 2.Event & Exhibition Management
Plan and execute national & regional exhibitions (including booth design, promotional materials, pre/post-event campaigns, and ROI analysisCoordinate with sales teams to align event goals with lead generation and customer retention targets.3.Marketing Collateral & Digital Content
Oversee the creation of technical datasheets, brochures, videos, and digital assets (e.g., webinars, e-books) that simplify complex product information for target audiencesManage content libraries and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for all product claims4. Campaign Development & Creative Leadership
Design integrated campaigns (digital, email, social media) to launch new products or highlight key solutions, emphasizing real-world applications in genomics, diagnostics, or bioprocessing.Collaborate with creative teams (internal or agency partners) to produce innovative visuals and multimedia content that resonate with scientific audiences5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Analytics
Partner with product management and sales to align MarCom initiatives with business objectives.Track KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, lead conversion, brand sentiment) using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems; report on campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data insightsQualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.5+ years in MarCom roles, with at least 2 years in life sciences, medtech, or regulated industries.Proven track record in managing trade shows, digital campaigns, and creative projects.Technical & Soft Skills
Communication: Exceptional English writing/editing skills; ability to distill technical jargon into accessible content. Fluency in Chinese or other languages is a plus.Leadership: Experience supervising teams or cross-functional projects; adept at vendor/agency management.Innovation: "Out-of-the-box" mindset to leverage emerging trends (e.g., AI tools for content personalization)PPT Design & Presentation: Proven ability to design high-impact PPT decks, structured storytelling, Proficient in event host & public speaking is preferred
