You’ll have an important role in researching, defining, designing, analyzing, and validating production tests for new products. As a member of the team, you will leverage your skillset to automate Board Level and Assembly Level testing as well as support efforts to drive standardization across manufacturing test platforms. With your expertise, you will be asked to lead efforts to drive standardization across manufacturing test platforms. **What do we want to know about you?** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of related experience + Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to articulate clearly and concisely + Self-driven, quick learner, good team player, and results-oriented individual with a clear focus on high quality + Software Development experience with C, C++, C#, Bash, Test Stand, LabView, Python, or other scripting languages used in automating tasks + Experience with Linux or Unix-based real-time operating systems (QNX, FreeRTOS) + Strong background in electronic circuits, including use of DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and other related electronic testing equipment **What will your typical day look like?** + Assist with the development of test requirements/specifications, project plans, and other engineering project documentation + Design and develop production test scripts, software, and test fixtures to verify production hardware + Develop production support documentation, including test procedures and test fixture documentation + Review designs of other engineers for completeness, accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance to specifications + Investigate and resolve product failures + Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues + Train production personnel on new or revised tests Our job titles may span more than one career level.
