Senior Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do-

Design & Improve Manufacturing Processes : Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing operations to ensure the safety and efficacy of finished medical devicesConduct Validation Activities : Lead qualification, verification, and validation tasks for materials, equipment, and production processesTroubleshoot Production Issues : Analyze and resolve issues related to product quality, safety, cost, efficiency, and deliverySupport New Product Development : Contribute to new product teams through technology development, process studies, Six Sigma tools, testing, and documentationDesign Equipment, Tooling & Fixtures : Develop manufacturing equipment and tooling in compliance with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA)Participate in Risk Management & Design Control : Engage in FMEA, design reviews, and other quality control activitiesSupport Supplier Management : Source and evaluate component and service suppliers to ensure capability and effectivenessTrain & Guide Technical Staff : Provide training, direction, and support to production operators and techniciansLead and Document Project Work : Participate in and coordinate cross-functional projects, experiments, and process/product improvement initiativesCollaborate with Production Teams : Work closely with technicians, supervisors, and engineers to address production challenges and contribute to team goalsSome travel may be required

What you need- 

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field - required 2 or more years of related experience - required Ability to work well with others in a team settingAbility to conduct complex statistical, geometric, and mathematical calculationsAbility to read, understand, create engineering drawings on common engineering softwareProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsProficient in use of Minitab, or similar, statistical software - preferred

$77,200.00 - $160,800.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
