Influence design for manufacturability to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production. Plan manufacturing capacity, equipment, and space needs. Design and implement lean production lines using single-piece flow, standard work, and Kanban Conduct PFMEAs and establish robust error-proofing systems. Act as the vital bridge between R&D and production teams to ensure readiness for major product launches—including supporting critical upcoming transitions as manufacturing lines and equipment are being consolidated and expanded in Milwaukee to support major new product rollouts.Impact You’ll Have:

Who We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering 3–5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Deep understanding of taking products from design through launch Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs Skilled in process capability analysis and lean methodologies Experience with PFMEAs, control plans, and error-proofing techniques Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive, proactive collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams Adaptable, analytical problem-solver with a growth mindset
