Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent engineering experience.
+ 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering.
+ Experience working with server or networking products, including manufacturing processes such as Simultaneous multithreading (SMT), Boxbuild, or Rack Integration.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
+ Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, driving product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operations.
+ Experience working at or with Contract Manufacturing.

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you separately design, develop, and manufacture parts or products. You lead single high complexity parts or multiple medium complexity projects related to Design for Excellence (DFx), manufacturing process development, with direct impact on Assy/Quality/Cost/Throughput. You utilize strong influence skills and techniques to develop broader manufacturing strategies (e.g., partner evaluation/selection, cost effective manufacturing solutions, manufacturing process capability/risks). You possess comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes, and understanding of different engineering domains, or areas within a specific setting.
+ Design separately and implement processes, tooling, or software to support the manufacturing, testing, and quality of single high-complexity or multiple medium-complexity parts, components, or products.
+ Lead Design for Excellence and comprehensive process development (e.g., assembly, test, or software tools) and qualification, ensuring fixture, tooling, test, and software system availability within cost and schedule.
+ Identify and implement equipment or process improvements to significantly enhance manufacturing efficiency, throughput, and product quality.
+ Analyze and understand failure analysis data for parts, components, and products (including evaluating programs and error logs for software-related roles) to identify and resolve issues throughout the product life-cycle.
+ Lead complex cross-functional initiatives related to manufacturing, test, quality, software, or product data, contributing to project scoping, priority management, and technical resource allocation.
