Job Summary:

Based in our Singapore location, the Senior/Manufacturing Automation Engineer will be responsible in building and implementing the factory transformation program to improve productivity and manufacturing process of the Measurement Solutions business unit. You will have the exposure to work with multi-functional teams and apply your background in the leading, design and implementation of automation solutions.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leads, designs and implements factory transformation program to improve quality, safety, cost and productivity. Works closely with cross-function collaborators and vendors on the technical requirements, developing solutions and new technology implementations. Establishes and conducts User Acceptance Test (UAT)/Manufacturing Verification Test (MVT) Plans and ensure successful site installation. Manages automation equipment performance and preventive maintenance program to meet desired cycle time, capacity, efficiency etc. Ensures good documentation and support automation solutions transfer to other sites.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 4 years of work experience implementing automation solutions for the production line. Experience and a strong drive for managing projects, with a focus on leading and coordinating project teams. Experience with Robotic and Control System. Competence in the use of design software like Solidworks, AutoCAD, Pro-E, etc. Good team oriented with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience/Interested in Programming, Knowledge in Lean techniques, Six Sigma and Process improvement tools or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent will be an added advantage.
