Senior Manager VM HQ

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Drive the development and implementation of visual merchandising (VM) concepts and standards for new store openings (FRS & OR) within Greater China.

Lead C4C initiatives and ensure effective execution of action plans across all channels.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

New Store Openings

Support leadership in defining the GCA VM strategy. Partner with the Stroe design and Omni-Channel team to translate consumer journey and in-store communication (ISC) materials into actionable retail experiences by developing comprehensive VM guidelines. Collaborate with Global and Local teams to create VM plans for pilot store openings, including: Floor plan adjustments Department/zone-specific zoning plans Product present configurations SKU capacity planning Manage fixture and display tool procurement. Provide on-site VM support for key store openings.

 

Customer Experience New Initiatives & Ongoing Projects:

Local Mannequin (MNQ) and Shop Window/Performance (SPW) updates. Footwear (FTW) Mid-Floor Fixtures, Sales Productivity (SP), and OR standards. FTW Wall Franchise Callouts and new ISC/OR implementations. Pants Bar and SPW/Franchise Callout (FCC) projects. Accessories (ACC) Destination presentations. Preparations for World Cup 2026 (26WC), including dynamic Football (FB) mannequin posing and ball bin displays.

Excellent visual merchandising skills Excellent leadership and cross functional management skills Strong aesthetic and creative sense with a keen eye for design and styling Ability to balance aesthetics with business acumen Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin) Ability to build and inspire a talented team Proven ability to train, develop and retain talent Excellent skills in motivating, coaching and engaging teams Ability to plan, prioritize and organize Works well under pressure Proactive with a positive attitude

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in visual design, merchandising or equivalent Minimum of 10 years progressive work experience in Visual Merchandising Minimum 3 years of leadership experience as a VM manager in the Retailing goods industry Passion for sports
