As Senior Manager Tax, Transfer Pricing you will be responsible to support Cytiva tax team on compliance with International transfer pricing rules & practices.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Tax, it is part of the Global Cytiva Tax Team, it will be located in India, Bangalore and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

Transfer pricing planning and controversy activities:Develop, maintain and manage transfer pricing value chain strategies and planning.Lead/participate in supply chain projects.Design, implement, maintain and defend transfer pricing methodologies.TP Support in M&A projectsGlobal compliance and reporting:Ensure timely and accurate transfer pricing complianceGain and maintain a deep understanding of each business model and end-to-end value chain via detailed analysis of the functional and risk profiles of relevant business units.Ensure that appropriate legal agreements and transfer pricing reports are available to support the selection and application of the methodologies.Build and maintain relationships internally, within business and finance organization, as well as externally, with outside advisors. Continuous improvement approach to process improvements and automation, lead/support innovation/automation projects.Stay current regarding developments in transfer pricing laws, practice, and global tax law requirements.  Manage a transfer pricing team globally based.

Who you are

You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant discipline.You have at least 7+ years of transfer pricing experience working in Transfer Pricing environment, either in industry or in a professional services firm, including documentation, planning and audit defenseYou possess the ability to work on multiple complex projects and bring those projects to successful conclusionYou have strong communication and interpersonal skillsYou have a Team member and partner mindset; you are open minded, and you have a business owner approachHands-on attitude.
