Raytheon is seeking a Senior Manager Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead and be accountable for all aspects associated with the Strategic & Tactical Radar Solutions (STaRS) and the Terrain Following Radar Programs (TFR) portfolio. This position will lead other Material Program Manager’s (MPM) in managing all Supply Chain roles and responsibilities tied to the Front End of the Business (FEOTB) actions related to materials management, proposal reparations, strategies for short term and long-term executions, and professional development of MPMs. This position will partner with other Cross-Functional leads to support various product lines. The SCM is responsible for the proposal support, planning, EAC support of quarterly cost reviews, sales forecasting for material, and supplier management collectively with procurement and commodity teams to ensure these programs listed have material to support schedule, cost, & quality needs and the financial business acumen for these programs. **What You Will Do** + Partner with the Program Manager and all Cross-Functional leaders to ensure execution of AOP, OTD delivery, and material coverage enable program to meet commitments to internal and external customers. + Drive FEOTB activities related to MRP planning, load, material releases, initial & quarter EAC reporting, etc. + Work with Program, Factory, and Supply Base to establish accurate material coverage to meet MRP needs and other sustainment execution efforts. + Help establish accurate manufacturing plannings with POMS and Program to manage specific risks & opportunities + Collaborate with Cross-Functional leads and other team members to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance + Engage with Engineering, Mission Assurance (Quality), and Supply Chain organizations to drive supplier performance, execution, and yield of products needed for TFR programs. + Prepare & present information for weekly / monthly management reviews, summarizing program status & any on-going production / sustainment issues. + Support proposal activities including Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation, material pricing inputs with SCPX, and RFQ planning / execution with specialist and buyers, and work with Procurement to manage CAPA closure on all TINA requirements necessary. + Develop actionable POAMs to achieve closure and resolution. + People growth – coach, mentor, train junior level MPMs to work all the list of responsibilities listed here for their future growth in the organization. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Minimum 10 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Proposal / Strategy planning, and/or Program / Project Management. + Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience. + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. **Qualifications We Prefer** + Experience in manufacturing processes throughout product lifecycle. + Supplier management experience. **What We Offer** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
