At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.Those in IT support at PwC will focus on providing front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth functioning of computer systems software and hardware. Working in this area, you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients to address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner through a variety of mediums/channels. The guidance will help to resolve technical issues and maintain efficient IT operations at the L2 up to L4 support levels.As a part of PwC’s ServiceNow Product Management team, this role is responsible for drivingdesign and developmenton ServiceNow platforms managed by ITSCo. Solution Designers align business requirementswith baselinecapabilities to deliver ServiceNow-based solutions. This role will have broad focus on anyproduct capability PwC isentitled to use. Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers,and stakeholders, thisrole will deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.Main Responsibilities:As a part of PwC’s ServiceNow Product Management team, this role is responsible for:driving design and developmenton ServiceNow platforms managed by ITSCo.Solution Designers align business requirementswith baselinecapabilities to deliver ServiceNow-based solutions. This role will have broad focus on anyproduct capability PwC is entitled to use.Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers,and stakeholders, this role will deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.Skills:Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leaderProduct knowledge for all capabilities within the desired ServiceNow product(s) includingGRC, ITSM, ITOM,SecOps, IRM, BCM, HRSD, core platformUnderstanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)Exhibiting senior level communications and senior leader engagement experience,negotiation skills, and theability to communicate with impact and confidence.Resolving conflicts constructivelyProduct management and solution design expertise and experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as product feature demonstrationskillsExperience with processes: demand management, agile delivery, business processconsultingBusiness acumen and understanding of a global network of firms operating modelPreference for fast-paced environment managing multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsSoftware development life cycle, project delivery, and agile development experienceBusiness process design experience a plusDesired Certifications:● ITIL Foundations Certification● ServiceNow Certification(s): Implementation specialist, system administratorCV sifting criteria:● 6+ year of experienceUnderstand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data Protection Correct Information Security Management
