**Senior Manager GOE SHE Competences Capability Development**
Join our global team at dsm-firmenich and play a key role in shaping a culture of safety, health, and environmental excellence across our organization. You will collaborate closely with SHE leaders in the BU's and BP's, HR, and operational teams to build competence, foster engagement, and support continuous improvement in SHE performance across the organization. This role is open to candidates in multiple locations in Europe (Barcelona, Paris, Delft, Maastricht).

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leads the development and execution of learning strategies in SHE.
+ Works closely with the business units/ business partners to identify learning needs in SHE and develop tailored learning solutions.
+ Creates engaging and immersive learning experiences, often utilizing. (internal) digital tools, technologies & platforms.
+ Evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs.
+ Facilitates learning programs.

**You bring**
+ Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development or Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
+ Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in a learning, training, or capability development capacity or SHE roles.
+ Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs and leadership development initiatives, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
+ Demonstrated experience in translating technical content into engaging learning experiences.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures, including HR, Operations, and SHE leadership.
+ Experience with internal digital learning tools, platforms, and methodologies (LearnNow, PeopleNow) is highly desirable
