Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA HQ office
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support our global team. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can quickly learn the business, critically assess challenges, and synthesize complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by tracking key metrics, supporting leadership, and ensuring financial and strategic alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Performance & Analytics
CSAT Tracking: Identify trends in customer satisfaction, ensure leadership engagement in issue resolution, and follow up with detractors to improve overall experience.Operations Reviews: Manage, track, and report on key desk metrics, customer-specific metrics, and other operational performance indicators.Workforce & Resource Management
Headcount & Requisition Tracking: Monitor workforce trends across a global team of 3,000+ employees, addressing high attrition rates and ensuring effective resource planning.Financial & Strategic Support
Finance Partnership: Track and manage budgets, support team leadership in financial planning, and prepare materials for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).Transformation Project Tracking: Oversee key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.Procurement Oversight: Preview purchase orders (POs) and ensure financial compliance with organizational policies.Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to critically assess problems and ask the right questions to drive solutions.Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership decision-making.Experience in budget tracking, financial analysis, and operational reporting.Proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and presentation software (PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and drive accountability.Prior experience in business operations, finance, or strategic planning preferred.Why Join Us?
