Role details:

 

Title / Designation: Senior Manager – SAP (P2S & S2P) Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid

 

 

Role & responsibilities:

Lead the SAP P2S & S2P functional teams effectively Manage a team of 10 to 20 SAP functional and technical resources. Take overall responsibility for the management of SAP resources to meet customer requirements. Demonstrate strategic and visionary leadership through strong communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with SAP stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure business continuity and adherence to defined standards. Foster a high-performance team culture by setting clear expectations, planning, monitoring, and coaching. Lead end-to-end integration between functional and technical teams to meet business requirements. Work closely with customers to understand needs, support business change, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Adapt SAP functional management to align with the digital governance development model. Effectively delegate and focus teams and resources on business priorities. Ensure all technology resources are productive and aligned with business vision. Publish periodic metrics to all key stakeholders.  Drive innovation and continuous improvement across teams.

 

 

Candidate requirements:

15+ years of extensive SAP experience, with deep expertise across modules and processes  Over 10 years of hands-on experience in managing SAP resources, ensuring successful project delivery.  Recognized subject matter expert in multiple SAP applications, with strong understanding of end-to-end business processes. Proficient in all aspects of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and project life cycle. Strong skills Strong skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
