Join our elite team of healthcare professionals, providing the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place. **Job Description:** The Senior Manager of Quality Operations is responsible for supporting quality initiatives in his or her assigned branches, including related to OASIS assessment documentation, star ratings, HHCAPs, Value Based Purchasing, Medicare conditions of participation, and company policy. The Senior Manager will partner closely with the Quality Audit and Education Team and Quality and Performance Improvement Team (collectively referred to as the “Quality Teams”), leaders and employees at all levels to identify, design and implement programs that enhance quality patient care and organizational effectiveness.
