•    Develop and implement strategic master plans for real estate projects in line with Adani's overall objectives
•    Lead a team of planners, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop innovative solutions
•    Manage the planning and zoning approval process, including engaging with local authorities and community stakeholders
•    Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis to support decision-making
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Adani's quality standards
•    Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
•    Provide regular updates to senior management on project milestones, budget, and risks
•    Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of learning and professional growth
•    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
 

Education Qualification:
•    Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
•    Master's degree in Real Estate Development or Urban Planning (preferred)
Certification required:
•    Certified Planner (AICP) accreditation
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience:
•    Minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry
•    Demonstrated track record in master planning and project management
•    Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
