To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a strategic and results-orientedSenior Manager, Pricingto lead our global Services pricing and discount strategy. This is your opportunity to take ownership of high-impact initiatives, drive profitability, and shape pricing frameworks for a global leader in logistics solutions. As Senior Manager, Pricing, you will be at the forefront of our global pricing function, overseeing the development and execution of value-based pricing strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics. You will work across functions - collaborating with Sales, Finance, Market Areas, and Sourcing in order to ensure competitiveness, consistency, and long-term profitability. Main tasks and responsibilities + Lead the development and governance of Services pricing and discount strategies and policies + Own the periodic implementation of List Prices and strategic price reviews + Monitor services revenue, pricing performance, and profitability across markets + Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to maintain competitiveness of Kalmar’s offering + Identify margin improvement opportunities across pricing strategy, hourly rates, spare parts pricing, and discount terms + Support the business with expert input on new price setting and daily pricing decisions + Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Management, Finance, IT/IM, Logistics, and Market Areas to drive cohesive execution. What you’ll need to succeed + Master’s degree in a Commercial or Technical field + Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in pricing strategy, ideally within services or industrial sectors + Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional initiatives + Solid understanding of pricing methodologies, market dynamics, and value-based pricing principles + Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong asset) + ERP proficiency and experience in data-driven pricing tools is advantageous + Strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills + A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering customer and business value.
