This individual contributor role is part of the Portfolio Strategy and Operations team within the Product organization and is a unique blend of opportunities and responsibilities for a versatile person with a diverse set of skills and interests. You will work to enhance our portfolio data analytics function and work closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to deepen our product data metrics and capabilities. You will report to and be mentored by the Sr. Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations.
Responsibilities include:
Analyze various financial and operational metrics to measure the effectiveness of the product portfolio from a go-to-market and customer adoption perspective. Identify key trends, root causes, and action plans and drive follow-up and closure of action plans. Analyze growth trends to identify value capture opportunities Develop new KPIs and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement continuous optimization plans Work with cross-functional stakeholders and represent Product org in annual planning process to develop key financial targets Lead product data related projects and initiatives independently and manage stakeholder expectationsRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in management consulting or analytical role; familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry a plus Degree in business, economics or other analytical concentration Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills as well as ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations Ability to create complex financial models and compelling business cases Understand pricing and value realization for software (design, development, marketing sales, implementation and support) Experience working with clients or customers, meeting facilitation and whiteboarding Light to moderate travel may be requiredSalary: $147,000-183,900
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
