**Manager, Flavors Integrator Center Zone & Frontline Marketing**
Proven track record of aligning teams around portfolio priorities, brand and category strategies, and annual marketing plans. Expertise includes management of DME investments, KPIs, innovation initiatives, and IMX campaign calendars through close collaboration with C&CL hubs and franchise leadership. Provides both strategic and executional input on market-level portfolio strategies and brand plans, ensuring tailored activations and effective DME execution across multiple countries.
**Position Overview:**
This role is responsible for leading the integration of the Flavors strategy for the Center Zone in LATAM, aligning ambitions and targets across the zone, consolidating media and commercial plans, and coordinating the presentation of post-campaign results to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). It also involves fostering the sharing of best practices within the Center Zone to ensure impactful outcomes.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Overseeing regional market development to guarantee flawless project execution and coordination with categories and bottlers.
+ Identifying local market opportunities and leveraging insights to localize and amplify campaigns in real time.
+ Managing brand activations, including POS promotions, experiential marketing, and events, in collaboration with bottlers.
+ Supporting Customer & Shopper Marketing strategies to drive system-wide customer engagement while ensuring excellence in local execution.
**Function-Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:**
Flavors Integrator Role:
+ Lead the strategic integration of the Flavors Category for the Center Zone by aligning strategic ambitions.
+ Consolidate media and commercial plans for Flavors across the zone.
Frontline Marketing Role:
+ Oversee regional market development, ensuring projects are implemented effectively.
+ Drive alignment with bottlers on key marketing agendas, including portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies.
+ Provide actionable input for localizing and amplifying IMX campaigns in real time.
+ Manage brand activations and ensure the follow-up of business results.
**Education Requirements:**
+ Degree in Marketing, Business, or Administration.
**Related Work Experience:**
+ 10+ years of significant marketing and leadership experience.
+ Strong business and commercial acumen.
+ Expertise in marketing activation.
